in the Student Election Autumn 2022
At the Student Election Autumn 2022, we will choose:
- One permanent male representative to the University Board
(and one deputy)
- One permanent male representative to the Faculty Board at each of the seven faculties (and one deputy)
All students at NMBU can vote for the candidates for the University Board.
For the election of a male representative to the Faculty Boards, you can only vote between the candidates at your own faculty.

Eirik-Mathias Bjørnø Rummelhoff
NMBU will become the best when it comes to student inclusion, involvement, and development, and last but not least, education. How will we become the Sustainability University? By being a rock-solid foundation and support to all candidates from and at NMBU
August Reierstad Haugen
It is very important that we students are heard in NMBU's highest decision making organ. As a member of the University Board, I will contribute by communicating the views of the students, with emphasis on a good study quality, learning environment and sustainability.

BIOVIT
Jorne Luis Kasper
My name is Jorne, I am 21 years old and study animal science. In the faculty board, I want work for an increased focus on sustainability in BIOVIT's teaching and operations, improve the dialogue with students about the faculty board's work and contribute to mental health becoming a larger part of the faculty's work
Marius Rasmussen
I am a down-to-earth and curious person who is used to large workloads. With my knowledge, I can contribute to the faculty board with new ideas and a solid basis for continuing the faculty's strategy.

Espen Homlong Gaustad
I am new and fresh in student democracy and at the university in general. But I'm ready for anything and to hopefully represent you. A vote for me is a vote for the unknown, but also for a challenging voice. I am honest and not afraid to speak my, your and our opinion. Vote for me if you want.
Jonathan Storm Petersen
Jonathan, 24 years old from Korsvoll in Oslo. Studying second year Social Economics. Outgoing leader of the line association Optimum, and a nice guy.
I have a desire that those of us who choose to go to Handelshøyskolen NMBU should get value for the money and the time we invest here so that the resources we have used are not in vain.

Borgar Omdal Sandtrø
My name is Borgar Omdal Sandtrø, I am 20 years old and studying in the second year of a masters in food science and nutrition.
For the student voice to always be heard is important for KBM in order for it to be a good faculty. I think the students have many good suggestions, and would like to help promote these in the faculty board.
Oskar Solberg Lægland
My name is Oskar, and I have been active in the student community throughout my time here at NMBU.
I would like to continue on the faculty board at KBM, to work for the best possible student life for everyone.
LANDSAM
Kristoffer Pinheiro
Running for election with the flagship cases: Good guidance in work-relevant subjects, Students' belonging, and Student active learning.
I have an active role as a student representative in the program council for BYREG, where I´ve put several important student matters on the agenda, and worked for closer ties between class union representatives and the program council.
Experience from working for and with the NMBU and LANDSAM organization acquired through the managenment of Urban Lab has provided insight into how the organization is managed and operated. This enables me to be productive in board work from day one.
Ola Lambach Fitjar
I'm in my third year of the Landscape architecture master, and was also a Buddy leader this autumn. I like cooperating with others, and I’m particularly interested in communicating the cases that students at the faculty care about to the faculty board. That’s why I want to prioritize cooperation with the student council. Inclusion, student health, and the quality of the studies are some of the cases I care about. If you vote for me I will do my best to bring these cases forward!
Hans-Kristian Undlien Taje
My name is Hans-Kristian and I want to work so that the general LANDSAM student knows what is going on in the faculty board. I will do this by getting to know the students opinions.
By promoting the students' opinions on the faculty board, I want to ensure that we, the students, get to take part in shaping the faculty's direction. I also want to look at which subjects are suitable for admission and which are not needed.

Paul Høsteng-Haugen
To be part of deciding the direction of the development of the faculty, is something that I find exciting. I am running for election to develop the faculty in a direction that makes the best possible learning environment for the students, as well as an interesting and comfortable social environment.
Jostein Reitan Fyrvik
Hi, my name is Jostein - a 24 year old man doing my 4th year of Environmental Science. I am running as male-representative on the faculty board, and I want your vote! I want to influence the faculty to make more sustainable decisions that should be in accordance with what we learn about sustainability in our studies at MINA. Another important perspective in my eyes is that we should achieve better collaboration across the fields of study.
Elias Bye Rossetnes
Hi! My name is Elias and I am running as a male representative for the faculty board. I have previously sat on the teaching committee, and therefore have experience in sitting in meetings and discussing matters. I am applying for the position because I want to take on more responsibility and be able to influence the faculty positively. I am a proper and tidy person, who wants those around me to be well. I am also professionally motivated.
REALTEK
Simen Odenrud
My name is Simen Odenrud and I hereby apply for the election of representing the board of Faculty at REALTEK. Studying my second year of Applied Robotics and having multiple voluntarily positions at Samfunnet, UKA i Ås and Tekna NMBU, I’ve learned a great deal about planning and executing meeting and arrangements.
What strikes me is the phenomenal amount of student volunteering that’s taking place here at Ås! I therefore would love to represent the voices of my fellow students, as well as taking part in the development of REALTEK for the years to come. Every vote for me as representative would be greatly appreciated.

My name is Knut Sørbø, and I hereby stand for election as a male student representative at the faculty board at REALTEK. I am currently studying at the high school teacher education, so naturally I am very interested in the quality of how we are taught. I have experience from similar positions, and feel well prepared.
Through this position, I wish to make our everyday study life and quality of study better.
VET
Peter Becskei
Hello, my name is Peter and i am a 3. year student at the vetrenary school. I like hiking, working out, partying and social gatherings. I have been avtive in the student community as leader in vsf, as well as a board member of the Mannschoiret Bjældeklang, which i have enjoyed wery much sonfar. I am running for this position in order to keep being active in a way that serves the studentcommunity of the vetrenary school.
Magnus Dypvik
Thank you for the trust I have received as a Faculty Board representative this year. There have been many good dialogues with the current board, and I feel that the students are prioritised by the Faculty Board at VET. With the financial problem the Veterinary Faculty is currently facing, it is important that the students' demands do not fall through, but are put forward and presented so that the others on the board gain an understanding of where we students face adversity and where we want progress.
I am running for election again to continue this collaboration with the Faculty Board VET, and hope for your continued trust.
