About the General Assemblies:

The faculty General Assemblies are the highest student bodies at each faculty, and they take place twice a year: in April and in November. And the best part about it? ALL students can participate in the General Meeting of their faculty, and both vote and run for election!!! This is a great opportunity to get to know the Student Democracy, start a cool position, and meet new people! At the General Assemblies, the Leader and Deputy Leader of the faculties' Student Councils are elected, and people are elected to the Student Parliament, Appointments Committee, Program Council, Study Committee and Research Committee on the faculty level. This is a brilliant opportunity to join something new, fun and rewarding. This autumn, the Faculty General Assemblies take place on Wednesday the 23rd of November, apart from VET's*, which takes place at 16:15 - 18:00 the same day, and KBM's*, which takes place on the 30th of November. Most of them take place during democracy hour (i.e. 12:15 - 14:00), with the exception of certain faculties. Show up at your faculty's General Assembly - you won't want to miss this!
